Pick a package
Here’s three of our most popular packages that we feel are a great fit for a variety of homes and budgets.
Intro Package
- 2 minute average length final video
- 1hr video shoot on location
- 30 second Voice Over…your intro on camera, staged, you script it, come prepared, and give a short description of the house, features etc. We incorporate that right in with the rest of the footage. This gives a nice personalized touch if you like to be on camera. So we meet you at the listing, film your 30 second intro, and then take the rest from there.
- (This package is great for nice track homes, suburban neighborhood homes, great for your video channel and marketing campaigns)
- Aerial NOT included
FULL PACKAGE
- 2-3 minute average length final video
- 1-2 hr video shoot (larger homes, estates, more sq. footage, more space, land, features etc)
- Aerial Footage included
- Your personal 30 second Voice Over /intro (same as above), OR a custom Voice Over that we will record in our studio here, separately.
- You must provide main features and content of the script (like a rough script) if we are doing a custom Voice Over. We will polish it up and edit it for final product, but the more you provide, the better equiped we are. We will provide the voice talent.
- Custom edit and animate your text and logos for dynamic visual effect included
- (This package is our most popular plan, especially if you like the aerial footage and the custom Voice Over)
THE WORKS PACKAGE
- 3-4 min average length final video
- 2-4 hr video shoot (larger homes like "Full Package" but we'll also include community shots, surrounding and establishing area shots and footage)
- Aerial Footage included (home, estate, land, AND community shots)
- Custom Voice Over and script provided. Again, the more you provide, the better.
- Custom edited text, logos, and special effects where necessary included
Custom Video
We’d love to learn how we can build a custom video for your property or your business. Perhaps your listing requires multiple locations of the community to film and cover. Or it's an estate with several acres of land and you'd like to come up with a creative way to show it off. Or maybe you want to stage some shots with a family, a young couple, or use some actors/models. We would love to learn more about your ideas and give you ours as well, to help your marketing campaign and build a successful selling tool for you.
Aerial Video
Aerial footage is included with 2 of the above packages. It is such a great tool to add to your final video. It really shows an impressive view and perspective of your property, home, or community. You have a short amount of time to capture the attention of your viewer and what better way to do so, than with beautiful aerial images of our amazing city. Community Videos
Show off the community and the neighborhood that you work in and that you specialize in. We can get great custom shots and footage of the community and help sell yourself and your marketing package that you provide to your clients. This helps buyers and sellers get a feel of what the neighborhood is like, the schools and parks nearby, the close proximity to retail or coffee shops etc. We can personalize it with you and your branding and you can build a library of all the great communities in our beautiful city.
