If you’ve got a digital master, analog copy or computer file, then you’re ready for mass CD production. San Diego Audio Video has the latest hi-tech CD duplication and replication equipment to get your job done fast and affordably.
CD Duplication
SDAV has no minimum size order. If you are only in need of a small run of discs, and you need them fast, then SDAV is your home. CD packages can be completed in as little as 2-3 days. Full packaged orders with inserts, booklets, and shrink wrap (“retail ready”) can be ready in about 1 week. We can always RUSH orders too. Just let us know deadline and we’ll get you covered.
CD Replication
SDAV can manufacture any large run order (1,000+ CDs) with our highest quality replication process. Our quality verification procedures, digital proofing system, and routine analytical and technical tests ensure that you get nothing but the best product possible. Replication orders can be completed in as little as 5 business days. Standard turn around time for full packaged projects is 10 business days from the time your master and artwork are approved. If you need it sooner, just let us know. We can always RUSH it.
Printing
The impression that your disc art gives is very important. At SDAV we only offer the highest quality print processes available for disc printing. From small run on-disc printing, to silk screen and offset printing, SDAV will make sure that your disc will have the finest look possible. 1-color to full color, text only to full graphics, we will make your discs come to life.
Service
At SDAV we pride ourselves in providing the best service during your experience with us. From the moment you drop off your master, to discussing artwork ideas, checking over proofs, to finalizing the track list order, we are here for you. Proofs
When you start an order with us, we want to make sure to handle your job to the highest standards and complete your order as best as we can. Depending on your order size and the printing process that we are using, we will send you proofs before we start and can also print samples for your approval, if you are doing a short run order. You can come by in person to discuss, or we can communicate by email, whatever you prefer. We want to make sure you are informed on your project and that everything is going smoothly. Download our templates here. Disc, inserts, and packaging case templates are available. If you don't see what you are looking for, let us know and we'll email it to you. If you need any assistance with laying out your graphics, or you are having trouble with the templates, give us a ring. Please design in 300 dpi, cmyk, and include an 1/8 inch bleed. Thank you!
Packaging
If you’ve got music, audio, or a CD-Rom that you want to package, than you’re in the right spot. San Diego Audio Video specializes in custom CD packaging. We have the widest range of packaging options. Choose between Jewel Cases, DVD Cases, Jackets, Digipaks, Wallets, Slim Cases, Poly Cases, Envelopes, and Sleeves. Call for info on custom packaging.
Jewel Cases
The original CD packaging is still one of the most popular. Jewel cases present the classic option for your next project or album. There are many different jewel case options to choose from. From 2 panel inserts to 4 panel, or more, booklets, and custom inserts, we offer just about every jewel case option at a competitive price and quick turn around time.
DVD Cases
The traditional DVD case is offered in black, white, and clear. We have single, double, triple, quad, and multi disc DVD cases. Fully packaged DVD cases with an outside cover and poly shrink wrap are available at a great package deal price.
Sleeve & Jackets
Often referred to as a sleeve or jacket, this is a great option available if you like the card stock, cardboard-like, simple case. It is very popular for promotional products, mailers, album singles and EPs. We can custom print right on the outside. It has one opening for the disc to slide right into and out of. Add shrinkwrap or a small seal to close it and you are all set.
CD Digipaks
Ready to move on from the classic jewel case? The digipaks have slowly taken over as the industry standard for many CD packaging projects. These are card stock, custom printed, and have a tray for your disc to sit in. Not only is this option more eco-friendly, but it looks amazing and is becoming very popular. Digipaks are most often ordered in 4 and 6 panel layouts and can include a pocket or space for an additional insert or booklet inside.
Wallets
This is another great card stock option that we can custom print and provide for your next CD project. Very popular like the digipaks, these have a thin pocket for the disc inside the card stock case. They are available in 4 panel and 6 panel most commonly. SDAV also offer custom cases that can hold 2-24 discs for your larger multi disc albums. We offer paper envelopes, clear vinyl and poly sleeves, and adhesive back sleeves as well.
